Family and work. A sweet combination

Jordi Roca, one of the most famous chefs in Spain, shares his family history and how he combines a highly involved profession with dedication to his family.

He is known for his particular voice, a consequence of spasmodic dysphonia, which he suffered for more than 7 years. A few weeks after recording this video, he surprised the world with a very recovered voice. We wish him a full recovery :-)
